What is Reiki

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan and is based on the concept of channeling universal life force energy to promote balance and harmony in the body, mind and spirit. As a Reiki practitioner I focus on balancing your chakras. By laying my hands near your primary chakras this will help facilitate the flow of energy, helping to remove blockages and restore a state of equilibrium. Reiki and chakras share a deep interconnection within the realm of holistic healing. Chakras, according to ancient Eastern philosophies, are swirling energy wheels that correspond to different aspects of our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. A balanced and free-flowing chakra system is believed to promote better physical and emotional health.

I have been on a personal journey since 2019 studying all the different healing modalities to complement modern health and wellbeing.

That journey has taken me to becoming a Certified Reiki practitioner. Reiki has been a powerful healing force in my life, and I very much want to share my gift of energy healing with you. Unlike massage, Reiki is designed to align your mind, body and spirit through gentle touch and channeling of universal energy. I facilitate a healing space where you can release stress, promote relaxation, and unlock your body’s own natural healing energy.

Every individual is unique and so is their healing journey. I tailor each session to address your specific needs and energy imbalances. My sessions run 45 minutes to 60 minutes and incorporate the use of carefully selected crystals to amplify and balance energy. Crystals, with their unique vibrations, enhance the overall healing experience and promote a deep state of relaxation.

In addition, you’ll experience the soothing embrace of the Bio-Mat during your session. This innovative technology combines the healing properties of infrared therapy, negative ions, and the conductivity of amethyst crystals to create a warm, nurturing environment. Bio-Mat helps to relax muscles, ease tension, and enhance the flow of energy throughout your body.

My approach combines the ancient wisdom of Reiki with the powerful energies of crystals and the advanced technologies.
